Ms. Alena Klimianok
Partner Specialized in Medical Malpractice
Alena Klimianok is an attorney specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Having obtained her law degree with honors from Belarus State University in 2005, Alena interned for a Washingon, D.C. law firm. In 2007, Ms. Klimianok graduated cum laude from the LL.M. Program at McGeorge Law School, University of the Pacific. After having successfully completed internships with two major Los Angeles law firms, Ms. Klimianok joined Bernard & Bernard in 2009.
In Alena’s 15 years with our firm, she has been co-counsel in many jury and court trials that all culminated in verdicts and/or judgments in our favor. Ms. Klimianok has been the point person responsible for a great deal of complex motion and discovery litigation, both civil and criminal. Through Alena’s tenacity, tireless work ethic, and undaunted advocacy, she has prevailed on most, if not all, of her matters.
In 2012 and 2013, the California’s Million Dollar Verdicts edition of the Recorder has named Alena among the attorneys that have received top verdicts in California in those years.
From 2015 to 2018, Alena has been consistently selected to the Southern California Rising Stars list by the Super Lawyer magazine – an honor that is limited to no more that 2.5 percent of the attorneys in California.
